Initial Telephone Verification
A member of our recruitment team contacts you for an over-the-phone discussion to verify your details, understand your experience, language combinations, availability, and preferred working arrangements.
Registration & Account Setup
Once the initial checks are completed, your registration is created. You will receive an automated email with login details for your application portal, where you can: Log in securely, Complete your profile, Upload required documents.
Follow-Up & Application Support
Our team follows up to ensure you can access your profile and complete your application smoothly. We provide support if you experience any difficulties and guide you through the next steps.
Document Review & Profile Migration
Once all required documents are received, they are reviewed for completeness and accuracy. After verification, your profile is securely migrated to the Language Empire system for further processing.
Compliance, ICA & DBS Checks
At this stage, identity checks and safeguarding processes are initiated. Our compliance and DBS teams coordinate directly with you to complete required vetting, including Enhanced DBS where applicable.
Ongoing Communication
Throughout the compliance process, our recruitment team remains in regular contact to provide updates, reminders, and support until all requirements are completed.
Final Verification & Approval
Once identity checks, DBS clearance, and document verification are complete, your profile is finalised and approved for live assignments.
Ready for Bookings
Your verified profile is shared with the bookings team, and you can begin receiving suitable interpretation or translation assignments based on your skills, availability, and location.
